Castle Rock State Park Loop Trail

Castle Rock State Park is known for hiking, backpacking, and horseback riding. Rock climbers enjoy coming to this place too. They explore the caverns and rocks.

The trail begins when you turn left from the parking lot. That’s the starting point of the Castle Rock Trail. It’s easy at the beginning but then you’ll get to a big climbing spot which is exercise, by the way. The scenery is breathtaking and highlights the charm of the Santa Cruz area. This is undeniably a climber’s trail because you will come across boulders and different routes along the way.
