The California Coastal Trail: Section 28 and 29 commences at the intersection with the Bolinas Ridge Trail. It parallels Ridgecrest Boulevard until it intersects the Willow Camp Fire Road. En route, the trail takes hikers through a forest and opens up to an area with picturesque views of the ocean. The California Coastal Trail also provides an option for hikers to continue south to the Matt Davis Trail.
