The Sierra Trail is the fastest route to get to the Panoramic Highway from the valley. It follows the ridge and gets more sun than shade compared to the other trails in the area. The trails can be accessed from the Alice Eastwood Group Camp. It takes hikers through steep sections as well as smooth terrain. The trail ends at a junction with the Troop 80 Trail.

Did you know that consuming too little water can aggravate hypothermia? Stay hydrated, dress in layers, carry a hate, and bring rain gear for long treks. Avoid cotton as it can absorb water and keep you cold.
